CONSENT AGENDA
 
1.

Consider request from the Police Department to approve the transfer of $4,198.56 from Traffic Camera Fines GL Account # 100454 - 45155 to Police Supplies GL Account # 100454 - 51000 to reimburse the cost of School Resource Officer training supplies.

 
2.

Consider request to approve changing the time of the October 10, 2023 Board of Commissioners meeting to 9:30 AM with an 8:30 AM Caucus and cancelling the December 26, 2023 Board of Commissioners meeting.

 
3.

Consider request from Purchasing for approval to deem certain equipment as surplus items to be listed on GovDeals. The equipment has been examined by the Public Works Shop Manager and is considered unsalvageable for Floyd County use.

 
4.

Consider request from Public Works to add Laurchris Drive (Maplewood Park) to the 2023 SPLOST paving list. Laurchris Drive is the only county maintained road in Maplewood Park, all others are city maintained. The estimated cost is $30,000.

 
5.

Consider request to approve an Inmate Detail Contract in the amount of $73,256 annually with City of Rome for Forum operations.

Consider request from the Police Department to approve an increase to Purchase Order #20230932 by $2,475.00 to cover increased price of five (5) substitute lightbars that are available using 2017 SPLOST funds from GL Account # 319639 - 66127 - 60025.

 
2.

Consider request from Purchasing to approve a revision of vendor and pricing for the HVAC replacement for five (5) Communication Tower Sites that was approved at the September 12, 2023 meeting. Purchasing requests to award the bid to T & T Commercial Services in the amount of $116,020 using 2017 SPLOST funds from GL Account # 319639 - 66127 - 60025 and remaining funds from Communications Repair and Maintenance GL account # 206611 - 52200.
